The final <br />cost analysis and cost - sharing adjustments will be conducted at <br />the conclusion of the survey. <br />CERTIFICATION OF LEGAL REVIEW <br />The Draft Planning Assistance to States Letter Agreement <br />for the Lake Crook Worth Hydro graphic Survey has been fully <br />reviewed by the Office of Counsel, USAED, Fort Worth District <br />Fort Worth, Texas and is legally sufficient. <br />Office of Counsel <br />ResolutionNo. 2002 -010, authorizing and directing the City Managerto execute <br />on behalf of the City of Paris, and the City Clerk to attest to a Letter of <br />Agreement by and between the City of Paris and the Texas Historical <br />Commission to authorize the City to continue as the "Official Graduate Main <br />Street City" and to participate as a Graduate City in the Texas Main Street <br />Program, was presented. A motion was made by Councilwoman Neeley, <br />seconded by Councilman Plata, for approval of the resolution. The motion <br />carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
