III <br />X. APPLICABLE AND GOVERNING LAW <br />A. This grant shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All duties of either party shall be <br />legally performable in Texas. The applicable law for any legal disputes arising out of this <br />contract shall be the law of (and all actions hereunder shall be brought in) the State of Texas, and <br />the forum and venue for such disputes shall be Travis County, District Court. <br />B. This grant is subject to availability of funds. <br />XI.
