vim.. <br />Resolution No. 2003 -035, approving the purchase of a One (1) Model Year <br />2003 McNellus 20 yard Metropak Rear Loader with Cab and Chassis for use in <br />the Sanitation Division of the Public Works Department through the Houston - <br />Galveston Area Council of Governments, subject to the city obtaining <br />acceptable financing terms from outside sources; authorizing the City Manager <br />-- and the Director of Public Works to obtain such financing; authorizing the <br />execution of a Lease Purchase Agreement and any and all other necessary <br />documents related to the transaction of a Lease Purchase Agreement and any <br />and all other necessary documents related to the transaction approved herein, <br />was presented. A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tern Manning, seconded by <br />Councilman Bell, for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 <br />nays. <br />
