334 <br />EXHIBIT 1 <br />(171 Other Federal Actions <br />The only other Federal program in this neighborhood is the Booker T. Washington <br />Public Housing Authority with over 100 residents within walking distance from the <br />construction site. There is one other project located in the same geographical area for <br />the City of Paris is involved; DHUD has requested the City of Paris to acquire the <br />Razz Club in order to construct a neighborhood center. This is 5 blocks to the north <br />on Fitzhugh Ave. The current status of that grant is the City has had the property <br />appraised. The use of the facility has recently changed to a church ministry. The <br />City has been instructed to cease in the procurement process. It is expected DHUD <br />will terminate this activity. <br />
