Annex. <br />The purpose of the hearing was to discuss the submission of two applications <br />to Rural Development for Revolving Loan Funds. <br />A Notice had appeared in the Sunday, December 15, 2002 newspaper. <br />In attendance were; Tommy Haynes, City Program Director, Mike Alexander, <br />Code Enforcement Officer, and Bob Jones, City'Consultant. <br />The loan applications from Charlies' Smoke House, and F81 Tree Service <br />were discussed.
