3771 <br />Resolution No. 2003 -007, accepting the bid of the Liberty National Bank in <br />Paris to act as City Depository for the period beginning March 1, 2003, and <br />ending February 28, 2005, and authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute, <br />on behalf of the City of Paris, the contract with Liberty National Bank in Paris <br />to act as depository for the City of Paris, was presented. A motion was made <br />by Mayor Pro Tern Manning, seconded by Councilwoman Neeley, for approval <br />of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Philip Cecil, Chairman of the Liberty National Bank in Paris, appeared before <br />the City Council stating that they had been associated financially with the City <br />of Paris for a number of years and look forward to serving in that capacity for <br />the coming two years. <br />
