This Agreement shall terminate upon completion of the <br />Lake Crook Hydrographic Survey Report, unless this <br />Agreement is otherwise modified by written amendment <br />mutually agreeable to both Parties. <br />6. AGENCY COORDINATION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />To provide for consistent and effective communication between the <br />District, the City and TWDB, each agency shall appoint a <br />representative to discuss, evaluate, and make decisions concerning <br />technical issues which may arise under this Agreement.
