327 <br />City Manager Sokoll presented a request from Charles Casey to purchase a <br />9 acre tract of land in the vicinity of the City's Lake Gibbons property <br />located South of FM 2820. Mayor Burnett referred the matter to the Committee <br />appointed to study the sale of City land. <br />Mayor Burnett agnounced that the City Council would go into executive session and <br />the regular session was declared closed, and the executive session open. <br />The Council discussed legal matters with the City Attorney. <br />Mayor Burnett declared the executive session closed and the regular session open. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. <br />BILLY J.
