City Manager Sokoll requested authorization for the sale of surplus city <br />property. A motion was made by Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman <br />Wortham approving the request of the City Manager. The motion carried 5 ayes, <br />0 nays. <br />City Manager Sokoll requested authorization for the preparation of an Ordinance <br />establishing powers during time of disaster. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman Kohls <br />authorizing the preparation of the Ordinance as requested. The motion carried <br />5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Burnett requested the Council's consideration of a joint Public <br />Hearing with the Planning & Zoning Commission for the purpose of reviewing <br />recommendations on the handling of Mobile Homes within the City. A motion <br />was made by Councilman Kohls, seconded by Councilman Wortham calling for a <br />public hearing with the Planning and Zoning Commission on March 2, 1981, <br />7:00 P. M. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 2084 appointing A. R. Martin as a member of the Parks and <br />Recreation Board to serve the unexpired term of Robert High, which ends <br />June 30, 1981 was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Wortham, seconded <br />by Councilman Kohls for adoption of the Resolution. The <br />0 nays. motion carried 5 ayes, <br />
