Resolution No. 2103 re- appointing Dee Cunningham and John W. Williams, Jr. as <br />alternate members of the Board of Adjustment to serve for a term of two years <br />beginning July 1, 1981 and ending June 30, 1983 was presented. A motion <br />was made by Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman Graham for adoption <br />of the Resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2103 <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Dee Cunningham and <br />John W. Williams, Jr. , as alternate members of the Board of <br />Adjustment, will expire on June 30, 1981; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to fill the vacancies wh ch will be <br />created by the expiration of their terms; NOW, TIIEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OT THE CITY OI"' <br />PARIS, That Dee Cunningham and John W. Williams, Jr., be, and <br />they are hereby re- appointed as alternate members of the Board of <br />Adjustment, to serve for a term of two (2) years, beginning July 1, <br />1981 and ending June 30, 1983. <br />Passed and adopted this 8th day of June, 1981. <br />Billy fbAn <br />A TTEST: <br />H.
