Whitaker and Hallie Whitaker dated April 25, 1947, recorded <br />Book 297, Page 431, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and <br />berg more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point 94 feet West of the S.E. corner of <br />said Lot 15; <br />THENCE WEST contiguous with the South boundary line of <br />said Lot 15 a distance of 41 feet to the S.E. corner of Lot <br />o, Block B of said Crockett Place Addition; <br />THENCE N 00 30` W along the East boundary line of said <br />Lot 6 a distance of 57.8 feet to the N.E. corner of said Lot <br />5; <br />THENCE EAST a distance of 41.5 feet contiguous with the <br />North boundary line of said Lot 15; <br />THENCE SOUTH a distance of 57.8 feet to the point of <br />beginning, containing 0.055 acres of land, more or less. ,. <br />
