C✓�JJ <br />s <br />City Manager Sokoll presented a petition of property owners on 13th Street S. E. <br />from Jackson Street South to dead -end for street improvements. After discussion, <br />a motion was made by Councilman Kyle, seconded by Councilman Burnett to table the <br />item. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mrs. Irene Martin appeared before the Council requesting authorization to place a <br />mobile home on Lot 2, City Block 134. City Manager Sokoll advised the Council <br />that the request had been denied at the February 11th Council meeting. After <br />considerable discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Kyle seconded by Council- <br />man Wortham to permit the placement of a mobile home on Lot 2, City Block 134. <br />The motion carried 6 ayes, 1 nay, Mayor Malone voting nay. <br />Mayor Malone called for the reading of a Resolution referring a list of hazardous <br />buildings to the Building Inspection Committee for their investigation. <br />Resolution No. 2029 referring 40 buildings to the Public Hazard Inspection <br />Committee was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Kohls, seconded by <br />Councilman Burnett for adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, <br />0 nays. <br />
