Cunningham and wife, <br />Margaret A. Cunningham, dated March 27, 1978, recorded <br />Book 600, Page 673, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, <br />and being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a stake in the NB line of said Lot 34 <br />the center of concrete °culvert or branch; <br />THENCE South 60 feet to the SB line of said Lot 34; <br />THENCE West with the SB line of said Lot 34 a distance <br />of 20 feet; <br />THENCE North 60 feet to the NB line of said Lot 34; <br />THENCE East with the NB line a distance of 20 feet <br />to the point of beginning, and containing 0.028 acres of <br />land, more or less. <br />
