A motion was made by Councilman Fisher, seconded by Councilman Williams for adoption of the Resolution. Motion carried 7 ayes, 0 Pays. City Manager Sokoll requested authorization to advertise for bids for the Blake Road project. A motion was made by Councilman Wunsch, seconded by Councilman Burnett authorizing the advertising for bids to be received at such time as the-City Manager deems appropiate. Motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. City Manager Sokoll requested authorization to advertise for bids for the northeast and northwest drainage project. A motion was made by Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman Burnett approving the request of the City Manager. Motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. City Manager Sokoll requested the Council's consideration of approval of plans and specifications and authorizing bids for the equipment installation at the Water Treatment Plant. Mr. Ennis Killingsworth, Directoriof Public Works reviewed the plans with the Council. After discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Wunsch, seconded by Councilman Philley approving the plans and specifications and authorizing the advertising for bids for installation of pumps, motors, and equipment at the Water Treatment Plant. City Manager Sokoll presented a request of Gavin Jaynes for water service outside the City limits located on 19th Street N. W. and recommended its approval. No. 1904 resolving that Mrs. Hardy Moore, Mildred Carter and Mary C. Ellis be, and they are hereby appointed as members to the Animal Advisory Board of the City of Paris for a term of two years, beginning January 1, 1979 and ending December 31, 1980 was presented.
