A motion was made by Councilman Fisher, seconded by Councilman Williams for <br />adoption of the Resolution. Motion carried 7 ayes, 0 Pays. <br />City Manager Sokoll requested authorization to advertise for bids for the <br />Blake Road project. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Wunsch, seconded by Councilman Burnett authorizing <br />the advertising for bids to be received at such time as the-City Manager deems <br />appropiate. Motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />City Manager Sokoll requested authorization to advertise for bids for the <br />northeast and northwest drainage project. A motion was made by Councilman <br />Williams, seconded by Councilman Burnett approving the request of the City <br />Manager. Motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />City Manager Sokoll requested the Council's consideration of approval of plans <br />and specifications and authorizing bids for the equipment installation at the <br />Water Treatment Plant. Mr. Ennis Killingsworth, Directoriof Public Works <br />reviewed the plans with the Council. After discussion, a motion was made <br />by Councilman Wunsch, seconded by Councilman Philley approving the plans <br />and specifications and authorizing the advertising for bids for installation <br />of pumps, motors, and equipment at the Water Treatment Plant. No. 1904 resolving that Mrs. Hardy Moore, Mildred Carter and Mary C. <br />Ellis be, and they are hereby appointed as members to the Animal Advisory <br />Board of the City of Paris for a term of two years, beginning January 1, 1979 <br />and ending December 31, 1980 was presented.
