Malone, having ap- pointed Lucy- Terpening to serve the unexpired term of Herschel R. - McKinney, which ends June 30, 1979, and having appointed, Bruce McMonigle -for --a term of three (3) years, beginning January 1, 1979 N. and ending- December 31, 1981, and has submitted the names of such persons to-the .City Council ofi the City of Paris; NOW; THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF `THE CITY OF I PARIS, That the appointment of Lucy Terpening, to serve the unex- V- pired term of Herschel R.
