21 <br />Tlesol.ution No. 1620, re- appointing Al Cathcart to serve as a member of the <br />Planning and Toning Commission, was presented. A motion was made by Coun- <br />cilman Whitaker and seconded by Councilman Moore that the Resolution be <br />adopted. The motion carried: 7 ayes, o nays. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1620 <br />WHEREAS, the term of office of Al Cathcart, as a member of <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, <br />will expire on June 30, 1974, and it is necessary to appoint his suc- <br />cessor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, James M. Brunette, having <br />re- appointed Al Cathcart, to serve on the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />of the City of Paris, for a term of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 1.974 <br />and ending June 30, 1977, and has submitted the name of such person to <br />the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the re- appointment of Al Cathcart, to serve as a member <br />of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, for a <br />period of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 1974 and ending June 30, <br />1977, is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby approved and <br />confirmed. <br />Passed and adopted this 10th day of June, 1974. <br />Q'ip, - -rn.
