�6 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1636 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, <br />in Resolution No. 1625, join in the promotion of the American <br />Revolution Bicentennial Celebration to occur in 1976; and, <br />. WHEREAS, the City of Paris did join with Lamar County in <br />appointing a Bicentennial Committee to make recommendations con- <br />cerning said celebration; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is in receipt and <br />agreement with the Bicentennial Committee's project recommendations <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the Bicentennial Committee's project recommendations, <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and the same are hereby endorsed <br />by the City of Paris. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the endorsement herein con- <br />tained does not include committment of funds nor the agreement to <br />commit funds in the current or future budgets of the City of Paris. <br />Passed and adopted this 14th day of October, 1974. <br />Ja s .
