317 RESOLUTION NO. 1680 . . WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, that the hereinafter named structures are in an unsafe and dilapidated condition and constitute a fire hazard and a hazard to the life and welfare of the inhabitants of the area, and the City Council has been requested to order the Building Hazard Inspection Committee to hold a hearing to determine the condition of the structures complained of, and the properties in- volved and the owners thereof are as follows: 1. 524 3rd Street, S.
