<br />"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
<br />OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED
<br />BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL
<br />DISTRICT (C) ON LOTS 11 AND 11A, CITY BLOCK 316, ON PROPERTY
<br />BELONGING TO D. A. ENSEY, JR., SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
<br />TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE- FAMILY DWELLING
<br />DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF -2), AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF
<br />THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED."
<br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman King and seconded by Councilman
<br />Stone for the adoption of the ordinance. The motion carried: 7 ayes, 0 nays.
<br />Final plat of Hindman Park, Block A, was presented to the Council. A motion.was
<br />made by Councilman Whitaker and seconded by Councilman Stone that the final plat
<br />be approved. The motion carried: 7 ayes, 0 nays.
<br />City Attorney Haynes presented the following petitions for re- zoning: Allied
<br />Medical Supplies, Inc., part of Lot 6, City Block 306, from Planned Development
<br />District to Commercial District; John Pass, west half of Lot 2, City Block 299,
<br />from Neighborhood Service District to Planned Development, Multi- Family District.
<br />Mayor Brunette referred the petition to the Planning and Zoning Commission for their
<br />study and recommendation and called for a public hearing at the next regular Council
<br />Meeting.
<br />Mayor Brunette declared the public hearing open on the petition held over from the — last Regular Council Meeting to re -zone from One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 to
<br />a General Retail District, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, Block 2,
<br />Lamar Terrace Addition. There being no one'to appear for or against the petition,
<br />Mayor Brunette declared the public hearing closed, and Ordinance No. 2221:

<br />RAY STEELMAN OWNS A CURRENT OPTION, SO AS TO INCLUDE TERRITORY
