344 <br />D. TEMPORARY ACCESS: <br />The airport manager will authorize all temporary access of <br />vehicles to the air operations area. Temporary access will <br />be granted on minimal occasions to specific areas of the AOA <br />as needed. Temporarily authorized vehicles are precluded <br />from entering any area other than so authorized. <br />SECTION IV.- LAW ENFORCEMENT <br />I. AIRPORT SECURITY <br />A. Authority: <br />Full police powers are vested in the Cox Field Airport <br />security personnel. Security personnel are uniformed, <br />armed and certified peace officers. <br />B. Deployment: <br />Airport security personnel are deployed to the Airport so <br />as to be present during all boarding procedures conducted <br />by Frontier Airlines, and to support such procedures. _The <br />Airport security personnel remain at the Airport until the <br />particular flight has departed. Officers of the Paris <br />Police Department are also on call to the Airport with a <br />10 minute or less reaction time. Officers of the Paris <br />Police Department will be a back -up security in case of <br />sickness or other reasons that the Airport security per- <br />sonnel cannot respond. <br />II. EMERGENCY PLANS <br />An Emergency Bomb Threat /Hi -Jack Plan is on file as part of the <br />Change. 1 -11- May 12, 1975 <br />
