CONTRACT FOR COMPUTER SERVICES <br />STATE OF TEXAS X <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR X <br />--N r n <br />THIS AGREEMENT, Made and entered into this 12th day of May. , <br />1975, by and between the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, hereinafter called <br />owner and Paris Junior College, Paris, Texas, hereinafter called contractor. <br />WITNESSETH: That the parties hereto, in consideration of the cove- <br />nants and agreements hereinafter contained to be kept and performed by the <br />respective parties, do hereby agree as follows: <br />1. Contractor agrees to design and develop a computer program for the <br />statistical analysis of traffic accidents based upon the information pro- <br />vided. by the owner. Said computer program shall provide, but not be limited <br />to, statistical information regarding <br />(a.) Type of accident; vehicle actions, fatalitites, injuries, pro- <br />- perty damage (with cummulative summary). <br />(b.) Planner of vehicle action. <br />(c.) Pedestrians; pedestrian action by age. <br />(d.) Age of driver by type of accident (injury, fatality, property <br />damage). <br />(e.) Type of motor vehicle by type of accident (injury, fatality, <br />property damage). <br />(f.) Light conditions. <br />(g.) Sex of driver. <br />(h.) Road surface condition. <br />(i.) Contributing circui-iistances. <br />(j.) Geographic location (selected streets). <br />(k.) Pedestrian action by vehicle action. <br />(l.) Road character. <br />(rr. ) Time by day of week. <br />(n.)
