351 The cost of the technical and professional services rendered under this section shall be based on the actual time spent and in accordance with the schedule of rates attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof. Total renumeration to contractor under this section shall however not exceed $2,000.00. 2. Contractor agrees to code, key punch and process through said computer program, the accident information provided by the owner for the calendar years -1972, 1973 and 1974, providing the statistical reports generated by same to the owner. The cost of said services under this section shall be based on actual tine spent and in= accordance with the schedule of rates attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof. Contractor agrees to provide monthly summary reports of traffic acct- - dents for calendar year.1975 based on information coded and provided by the ooner to the contractor for key punch and computer processing_ Three copies of said report for each month shall be provided to the owner by the fift- eenth day of the next following month. Records Retention - The contractor agrees to maintain all books, documents, papers, accounting records and other evidence pertaining to costs incurred and to make such materials available at all reasonable Limes during the contract period and for three years from the date of final payment under the contract: for inspection — inspection by the owner or any authorized representatives of the o n er_ Copies shall be furnished if requested. The contractor shall make avail - able his supporting cost proposals for review by authorized representatives of the owner and the Federal Government. Cost proposal data used to support this contract is subject to a three year retention period from the date of fit nal payment. 5. 0vinership of Data All data materials and programs collected or developed under the termms of this agreement shall become the sole property of the o.,ner. Contractor shall not use or make available any data, materials and programs for any purpose outside the terms and conditions of this contract without- the express written consent of the owner. 6. Contract Modification Procedures Significant changes in the scope, character or complexity of the v;ork tq:zy be enacted, when necessary, if there is mutual assent betvteen the contracting parties. Such supplements and modifications must be approved by the agency who originally authorized the contract, before alloTable costs can be incurred for such activities.
