- 377 (G) That all buildings, structures, additions, fixtures and improvements made upon or added to the leased premises or any part thereof shall at once become the property of Lessor, and be surrendered to Lessor at the termination of this lease_ (7) That Lessee will deliver to Lessor annually a verified copy of the audit of its books and accounts not later than thirty (30) days after December 1st of each year or part of a year covered by this lease.
