216 City Manager Sweatt advised the Council the study on food handling ordinance as well as the Advisory Board of Health Makeup was incomplete and requested delay to the next regular Council Meeting for recommendations. A motion was made by Councilman Rainey and seconded by Councilman Moore that the request be granted. The motion carried: 6 ayes, 0 nays. City Manager Sweatt requested authorization to advertise for bids for a chassis and cab and dump body for the street department. A motion was made by Councilman Rainey and seconded by Councilman King that the request be granted, 10:00 A. M. on March 5, 1975 being set as the date to receive bids. The motion carried: 6 ayes, 0 nays. City Manager Sweatt requested authorization to advertise for bids for tennis court repair and surfacing work, such bids to be received March 5, 1975, 10:00 A. M., and presented to the City Council at its regular meeting on March 10, 1975. A motion was made by Councilman Moore and seconned by Councilman Rainey that the request be granted. City Manager Sweatt requested authorization for preparation of an ordinance to be presented at the next regular Council Meeting to revise the makeup of the Hazardous Building Inspection Committee. A motion was made by Councilamn Rainey and seconded by Councilman Hutchison the recommendation be approved. The motion carried: 6 aye! 0 nays. Resolution loo. 1663, authorizing City Manager Sweatt to execute a grant offer accep.: tance to the Federal Aviation Administration in the amount of $285,227.00, was pre- sented. A motion was made by Councilman King and seconded by Councilman Rainey the - resolution be adopted. The motion carried: 6 ayes, 0 nays.
