Worth, Texas 76101 - <br />Subject: Cox Field, City of Paris Project loo. 8 -48- 4169 -02 <br />Mr. Conley: <br />Mayor Brunette asked that we respond to your December 6, 1974 letter regarding <br />Paragraph 152.101 of Part 152 of the Federal Aviation Regulations. <br />Please consider this letter as our assurance and acknowledgment that runway <br />lights and related features as described in our application for assistance <br />will be operated and maintained each night of the year, and the City of Paris <br />is aware of the estimated average monthly cost of operation and maintenance <br />for the facilities. <br />Based on our application and project design, we feel provision has been made <br />for marking and lighting any obstruction in the approach and turning zones. <br />Please let us know if we can furnish other information or be of assistance in <br />any way.
