e <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1742 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING AN ELECTION TO BE HELD ON <br />THE FIRST SATURDAY IN APRIL, 1976, SAME BEING THE 3RD <br />DAY OF APRIL, 1976, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00 O'CLOCK <br />A. M. AND 7:00 O'CLOCK P. M., BY THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF <br />THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />ELECTING THE FOLLOWING COUNCILMEN TO SERVE AS MEM- <br />BERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE ENSUING TWO YEARS. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY _ <br />OF PARIS: <br />Section 'l. That an election be held by the qualified voters <br />of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, on the first Saturday in April, <br />1976, same being the 3rd day of April, 1976, between the hours of <br />8:00 o'clock A. M. and 7:00 o'clock P. M., for the purpose of elect- <br />ing four (4) members of the City Council of the City of Paris, as <br />- follows :_ <br />One, Councilman From Ward One (1 ) R <br />One Councilman From Ward Two (2) <br />One Councilman From Ward Three (3) <br />One Councilman From Ward Four (4) <br />as provided in Section 16 of Article III of the Charter of the City <br />of Paris, adopted on November 2, 1948, and in accordance with <br />Article IX of the Charter of the City of Paris, adopted November 2, <br />1948, such Councilmen to serve for the ensuing two years. <br />Section 2. That the polling places aad election officials of <br />such election shall be as follows: <br />Ward One (1): <br />Polling Place: East Paris School <br />2043 Cleveland Street <br />Officials: Mrs. W.
