6% J <br />1 <br />Resolution No. 1745, authorizing and directing Mayor James M. Brunette to execute <br />on behalf of the City of Paris, an easement to Joel W. Gibbons, III and wife, <br />Judith M. Gibbons property, now part of the Maxey Museum, was presented. A motion <br />was made by Councilman Stone and seconded by Councilman Whitaker for the adoption <br />of the resolution. The motion carried: b ayes, O nays. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1745 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris desires to <br />grant an easement to Joel W. Gibbons, III and wife, Judith M. Gibbons, <br />the property owners of the property immediately adjacent to the South <br />Boundary Line of the Maxey Museum Property, which grant is based <br />upon historical joint useage of said easement; and, <br />WHEREAS, said easement should be upon the terms and con- <br />ditions and in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A; NOW, THERE- <br />FORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, James M. Brunette, be, <br />and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the <br />City of Paris, the easement to .Joel W. Gibbons, III and wife, Judith M. <br />Gibbons, upon the terms and conditions and in the form attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A. <br />Passed and adopted this 8th day of March, 1976. <br />ATTEST: - <br />H.
