County, Texas; BEGINNING at a point in the existing south right -of -way line of existing U. S. Highway No. 82, said point being in the west boundary line of a 23.71 acre tract conveyed by Rayford D. Walker and Blake Moore to John C. Culpepper, Jr. by deed dated the 12th day. of September, 1.973, and recorded in Volume 551, Pages 400 and 401, of Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas, said point being in the east boundary line of a tract owned by the Ramseur Baptist Church, said point being S 10° 26' E a distance of 143.0 feet from centerline survey station 69+11.6 of said existing L.T. S.
