141g- MINUTES OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />November 14, 2011 <br />The City Council of the City of Paris met for a regular session at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, <br />November 14, 2011, at the City Council Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman, Paris, Texas. <br />Present: Mayor: A.J. Call meeting to order. <br />Mayor Hashmi called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />2. Invocation. <br />Minister Charlotte Coyle gave the invocation. <br />3. Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Council Member Grossnickle led the pledge. <br />4. Citizens' forum. <br />George Preston, 16 Clarksville Street — he stated he had rental property and that the water <br />bill doesn't contain the date the property was metered. He said one of his houses burned, he <br />needed that information and that he was charged $330.00. Mr. Preston also said the water bill <br />had been charged to his law office and he was threatened of having his water turned off due to <br />the outstanding balance. <br />
