B. Facade Renovation, 30 E. Price St, Steve Harper <br />Chair Glatfelter introduced the item and called the applicant, Steve Harper. Mr. <br />Harper explained that he wanted to remove and replace the existing fa(ade. He further <br />explained that he wanted to amend the original design that was submitted to the <br />commission by using a design he had just received from the Texas Historical <br />Commission. Mr. Sleeper asked Mr. Harper to clarify if he wanted to include the mural <br />that was shown on the amended design. Mr. Harper answered that he did not want to <br />include the mural. Motion was made by Vice Chair Alsobrook and seconded by <br />Commissioner Allcorn to approve the item as amended. The motion carried 5-0. <br />5. Consideration of and action on the following facade grants: <br />A. 123 Clarksville St, LaLonna West (funding request) <br />Chair Glatfelter introduced the item and called the applicant, LaLonna West. Mr. <br />Sleeper explained that Ms. West was not able to attend, but had submitted all required <br />information. Motion was made by Vice Chair Alsobrook and seconded by <br />Commissioner Allcorn to approve the item as submitted. The motion carried 5 -0. <br />B. 140 N. Main St, Steve Harper (application) <br />Chair Glatfelter introduced the item and explained that it is in conjunction with <br />previous item 4A. Motion was made by Commissioner Holbert and seconded by Vice <br />Chair Alsobrook to approve the item as submitted. The motion carried 5 -0. <br />C. 30 E. Price St, Steve Harper (application) <br />Chair Glatfelter introduced the item and explained that it is in conjunction with <br />previous item 4B. Motion was made by Commissioner Holbert and seconded by Vice <br />Chair Alsobrook to approve the item as submitted. The motion carried 5 -0. <br />6. Discussion items <br />A. Signs in the historic district <br />B. Notifications of violations <br />C. Historic Preservation Officer <br />Chair Glatfelter introduced the item and requested the discussion items be reserved for <br />a future meeting. No action was taken. <br />7. Future Agenda Items <br />Vice Chair Alsobrook and Commissioner Allcorn requested future action to enforce the <br />City Council attendance policy for commissioners. No action was taken. <br />8.
