Whitley Registered Professional Land Surveyor #5892 for the State of Texas do hereby certify that this <br />Metes and Bounds Description satisfies the following conditions: <br />1. This Metes and Bounds Description was prepared for the City of Paris for the sole purpose of defining or <br />modifying the boundaries of the political subdivision. <br />2. Points can be located on the ground by ordinary surveying procedures. <br />3. Bearings and distances were quoted from courses and distances from recorded documents such as deeds, <br />highway right of way maps and city ordinances. <br />4. This document was prepared under 22 TAC §663.21, does not reflect the results of an on the ground survey, <br />and is not to be used to convey or establish interest in real property except those rights and interests implied or <br />established by the creation or reconfiguration of the boundary of the political subdivision for which it was <br />prepared. <br />KEVIN K.
