7. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, MK Properties <br />Addition CB 286, located at the SE corner of 27th NE and E. Price Street. <br />Shawn Napier reviewed the preliminary plat with commissioners. Motion was made by <br />John Lee, seconded by Jerry Akers to approve the preliminary plat, subject to the City <br />Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 7 -0. <br />8.
