A quorum <br />was present. <br />Citizens Input: <br />There was no citizen input. <br />Discuss and possibly take action on Capital One's request for a list of those authorized to use a PEDC <br />credit card: <br />A motion was made by Mr. Wilson that he and Angie Corbell be entered as authorized persons. <br />The motion was seconded by Richard Manning. The motion carried with all present voting Aye. <br />Discuss and possibly take action on infrastructure support for Turner Industries: <br />Motion to table the item until the paperwork was complete was made by Ray Banks and seconded by John <br />Brockman. The motion carried with all present voting Aye. <br />Discuss and possibly take action on Bonham Street and Industrial Park cleanup: <br />Mr. Wilson mentioned he would like to discuss the Bonham Street cleanup, and that he had a future meeting <br />with Kiamichi Railroad scheduled to discuss mowing and removing or moving the railroad ties near Bonham <br />
