Shane Grissom reviewed the preliminary plat with commissioners. Motion was made by <br />Mike Folmar, seconded by John Lee to approve the preliminary plat. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />10. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Paris Public Storage <br />Addition CB 281, located at 1640 Clement Road. <br />Shane Grissom reviewed the final plat with commissioners. Motion was made by Barney <br />Bray, seconded by Billy Trenado to approve the final plat, subject to a variance to not <br />installing curb and gutter. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />11. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot I & 2, Block A, Oak Ridge 318 <br />Addition, located in the 3000 Block of N.E Loop 286 <br />Shane Grissom reviewed the final plat with commissioners. Motion was made by Barney <br />Bray, seconded by John Lee to approve the final plat, subject to double checking drainage <br />plan before issuing building permit. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />12. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Farm Bureau 339 <br />Addition, located at 805 S. W. Loop 286 <br />Shane Grissom reviewed the preliminary plat with commissioners. Motion was made by <br />Mike Folmar, seconded by John Lee to approve the preliminary plat. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />13. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Church Street <br />Bungalow 158 -A Addition, located at 1110 South Church Street. <br />Shane Grissom reviewed the preliminary plat with commissioners. Motion was made by <br />John Lee, seconded by Billy Trenado to approve the preliminary plat. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />14. Discussion regarding the zoning ordinance definitions. <br />John Godwin, City Manager passed out zoning ordinance definitions for the <br />commissioners to review and discuss at the next meeting Monday, November 2, 2015. <br />15.
