Receive an update from Retail Coach about the company's activities for new retail development in Paris. 26. Discuss and approve a contract with Oscar Renda in the amount of $23,348,350 for Package 4 of the 2013 Bond Fund Water & Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project. 27. Discuss and approve a contract with Richard Drake Construction in the amount of $235,797.92 for extension of the Trail de Paris from 8t' SE west to 4t' SW. 28. Convene into Executive Session pursuant Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code, (1) to discuss or deliberate regarding commercial or financial information that the governmental body has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations; or (2) to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect described by Subdivision (1) as follows: JS Baking, LLC (Skinner Bakery). 29. Reconvene into Open Session and possibly take action on those matters discussed in Executive Session. 30. Consider and approve future events for City Council and /or City Staff pursuant to Resolution No. 2004 -081. 31. Adjournment.
