Item No. 15 <br />memorandum <br />TO: City Council <br />John Godwin, City Manager <br />FROM: Shane Grissom <br />Engineering Technician <br />SUBJECT: QUALITY INN ADDITION CB 317 <br />FINAL PLAT <br />DATE: December 8, 2015 <br />BACKGROUND: Bud Mistry owns Lot part of 3B of City Block 317 located at 3505 N.E. Loop <br />286. The property is currently zoned Light Industrial District (LI). The Planning & Zoning <br />Commission voted to approve the final plat by a vote of 7 -0 on December 7, 2015. <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: Bud Mistry is proposing to construct a storage room on the back of the <br />building. The storage room will have to have a two hour fire rated wall on the north, south, west <br />sides of the structure and also the ceiling. It appears that the final plat complies with the City of <br />Paris subdivision regulations. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat. <br />
