Alan Efrussy, Planning Manager discussed the potential addition of definitions to the <br />zoning ordinance. The planning and zoning commission agreed the zoning ordinance need <br />to be updated. <br />14. Discussion regarding Lake Crook Planned Development District, Sub -Zone I "Resort <br />District ". <br />John Godwin, City Manager discussed how the City Council would like to repeal the <br />zoning change that was done in 2014 for the Lake Crook Planned Development District, <br />Sub -Zone 1 "Resort District ". Mr. Godwin stated this zoning change will be coming before <br />the commission on the next regular schedule meeting Monday, December 7, 2015. <br />15.
