Call meeting to order — Richard Manning Chair 2. Welcome New Director & Discuss the working relationship between Paris Economic Development Corporation and Paris City Council. 3. Citizens' Input (Persons desiring to address the Paris EDC Board must limit their presentation to no more than two minutes. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a fixture agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual information. Claims against the Paris EDC, Board Members or employees are not appropriate for citizens' input.) 4. Discuss and possibly approve Minutes of the December 15, 2015 Meeting and the December 29, 2015 Meeting. 5. Discuss and possibly approve December 2015 Financials. 6. Discuss and possibly approve changes to the 2015 -2016 Budget. 7. Discuss and possibly approve the yearly Audit Report prepared by Linda Kapp of McClanahan and Holmes for the 2014 -2015 year. 8. Discuss and possibly approve the Proposal received for the cleanup and demolition of the 2305 NW Loop 289 property. 9. Discuss and possibly approve the Director's travel to the Red River Valley Association Annual Convention on February 17 -18, 2016. 10.
