Darnell, Computer Services <br />Katie Morrow, The Paris News <br />City Council <br />Liaison: not present <br />Richard Manning called the meeting to order at 12 p.m. A confirmed quorum was present. <br />Citizens Input: <br />None <br />Discuss and Possibly take action on recommendations by JC Darnell on our need for an indexed database <br />and storage drive.: <br />Mr. Darnell presented the board with a sales quote from E -File Cabinet, and explained the system storage and <br />indexing capabilities, OCR recognition, retrieval & security as well as the system's audit recording capability. <br />Mr. Turner made a motion to enter into a "net 30" contract with E -File Cabinet for and indexed data storage <br />system with a 4 user access. The motion was seconded by Mr. Wilson. The motion carried 4 -0 <br />Discuss Future Agenda Items: <br />Mr. Turner stated it was his wish to add to the future agenda the communities' desperate need for a drug rehab <br />facility specifically for women. Mr. Turner added there was one in Texarkana. Mr. Turner stated it was very <br />labor intensive and he would like to talk to the new director about the idea. Mr. Wilson suggested adding the <br />item to the upcoming agenda to see if P.E.D.C. could legally assist with this proposal. Mr. Manning concurred. <br />
