Reconvene into Open Session: <br />The Board reconvened into open session at 5:36pm. Mr. Brockman motioned to allow the <br />Chairman to negotiate an employment contract for an Executive Director. The motion was <br />seconded by Mr. Banks. The motion carried 4 -0. Mr. Brockman motioned to authorize the <br />Treasurer to make an offer on Project Railroad Spur. The motion was seconded by Mr. Banks. <br />The motion carried 4 -0. <br />Future Agenda Items: <br />Mr. Wilson mentioned the upcoming RFP for future agenda items. <br />Motion to Adiourn: <br />Mr. Banks motioned to adjourn the meeting.
