Denise Ashby stated that the hangar lease policy went to council and was approved. Ray <br />Ball stated that he is a former member of the airport board. Mr. Ball stated that getting this <br />hangar lease finalized is very important he has watched it set for a year or so. Mr. Ashby <br />stated that the board is moving forward with this issue. <br />6 Discussion regarding Hay Lease. <br />The Airport Advisory Board discussed the Hay Lease that is being proposed. Dennis <br />Ashby stated that we need to have a written approval to be on and around the runways and <br />taxiways. <br />7. Request items for future agendas. 2016 Air Show /Fly -In, Report from Jerry Richey, Report <br />from John Godwin regarding airport development /PEDC meeting, Hangar Lease and <br />Delinquent hangar rental fees. <br />8.
