Discussion regarding delinquent hangar rental fees. <br />Ashley Fendley, City Staff stated that Jimmy Smyers and Eric Clifford are still behind on <br />rental fees and wanted to know if the board wanted to send letters again. Paula Portugal <br />asked is there anything else we can do besides sending a letter. John Godwin stated that <br />we could request the City Attorney take all of the measures available. <br />7. Discussion in regarding Hangar Lease. <br />John Godwin, City Manager stated that the agricultural lease is for Carey Eatherly and the <br />major change is the length of the lease agreement. The reason behind that is because he <br />wants to be able to grow good hay and that would require him to kill out the bad with <br />chemicals. Motion was made by Matt Birch, seconded by Tim Bullock to approve the <br />agricultural lease. Motion carried 7 -0. John Godwin stated that the next lease is the <br />Airport Ground Lease Agreement. Mr. Godwin stated that he has been working on making <br />the agreement strong enough and less complicated. The Airport Advisory Board has <br />several questions on the lease agreement. John Godwin stated he would look into <br />correcting the lease agreement and bring it back in January 2016. <br />8 Request items for future agendas. 2016 Air Show /Fly -In, Report from Jerry Richey, Report <br />from John Godwin, Hangar Lease and Hangar fee revenue. <br />9.
