That Sections 8 -109 in Section 8, "Use of Land and Buildings," of Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Texas, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "8 -109 CLASSIFICATION OF NEW AND UNLISTED USES It is recognized that new types of land use will develop and forms of land use not anticipated may seek to locate in the City of Paris.
