Item No. 16 <br />memorandum <br />TO: City Council <br />John Godwin, City Manager <br />FROM: Bob Hundley, Chief of Police <br />SUBJECT: CURFEW ORDINANCE REVIEW <br />DATE: February 24, 2016 <br />BACKGROUND: Article III Section 21 -51 establishes a curfew for children known as the <br />"Curfew Ordinance ".
