PARIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION MONTHLY MEETING Paris City Council Chambers 107 East Kaufinan St. Paris, Texas 75460 Tuesday March 22, 2016 4:00 O'CLOCK P.M. AGENDA 1. Call meeting to order —John Brockman, Vice -Chair 2. Citizens' Input (Persons desiring to address the Paris EDC Board must limit their presentation to no more than two minutes. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual information. Claims against the Paris EDC, Board Members or employees are not appropriate for citizens' input.) 3. Discuss and possibly approve Minutes of the February 16, 2016 Meeting. 4. Discuss and possibly approve February 2016 Financials. 5. Discuss and possible action on RIMS II (Regional Input - Output Modeling System) 6. Discuss and possible action on housing the documents for SURRMA at the PEDC office. 7. Executive Director's Monthly Report. 8. Convene into Executive Session: a) Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code: 1) to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or 2) to hear a complaint to charge against an officer or employee(s). b) Pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to discuss or deliberate: 1) Commercial or Financial information that the governmental body has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations, or 2) to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect. 9. Reconvene into Open Session and possibly take action on item(s) discussed in Executive Session. 10. Discuss Future Agenda Items. 11. Adjourn
