SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY OF PARIS BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />CITY OF PARIS - CITY HALL <br />107 E. KAUFMAN STREET <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />TUESDAY, APRIL 19, 2016 <br />12:00 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />A G E N D A <br />Call meeting to order. <br />2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (November 17, 2015) <br />Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Admiral Smith on Lot 2 and 3, <br />City Block 74B, being located at 311 E. Provine and 812 N.E. P Street. <br />A. To grant a variance of Section 9 -102 (1) of the Zoning Ordinance which provides that "The <br />minimum lot area for a residential home in Two - Family Dwelling District (2F) be 6,000 square <br />feet." The applicant's property is a 4,258 square foot lot. The applicant is asking for a 1,742 <br />square foot variance for the lot size. <br />B. To grant a variance of Section 9- 201(1) of the Zoning Ordinance which provides that "The <br />minimum lot width for a residential home in Two - Family Dwelling District (217) be 60 feet <br />wide." The applicant's property is 30 feet wide. The applicant is asking for a 30 foot variance <br />for the lot width. <br />C. To grant a variance of Section 9- 301(1) of the Zoning Ordinance which provides that "The <br />minimum lot depth for a residential home in Two - Family Dwelling District (217) be 100 feet <br />deep." The applicant's property is 84.5 feet deep. The applicant is asking for a 15.5 feet <br />variance for the lot depth. <br />4. Adjournment. <br />POSTED: WEDNESDAY.
