That Sections 8 -201 in Section 8, "Use of Land and Buildings," and <br />section 8 -200, "Special Definitions and Explanations noted in Use Regulations," of Zoning <br />Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Texas, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as set <br />forth in full in "Exhibit F," which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />Section 8. That Sections 12 -100 in Section 12, "Specific Use Permits," of Zoning <br />Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Texas, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />"Section 12 -100. SPECIFIC USE PERMITS <br />The City Council of the City of Paris, Texas, after public hearing and proper notice to all <br />parties affected and after recommendations by the Planning and Zoning Commission may <br />authorize the issuance of specific use permits for the following types of uses in the <br />following districts: <br />(1) Airport landing field in any A, SF -1, SF -2, SF -3, 217, MF -1, MF -2, P, 0, NS, GR or <br />District. <br />(2) Auto laundry in the GR District. <br />(3) Antique shop in the 0 and NS Districts (and restaurant) cafeteria in the 0 <br />District. <br />(4) Cemetery or mausoleum in any residential district. <br />(5) Cement, lime, gypsum or plaster of paris manufacture in the HI District. <br />(6) Concrete batching plant or asphalt batching plant in the LI District. <br />(Temporary plants subject to approval by ordinance of the City Council) <br />(7) Cotton gin in the HI District. <br />(8) Community unit development in the A, SF -1, SF -2, SF -3 and 2F Districts where <br />the over -all density does not vary from the standards established for the district <br />in which the development is located. <br />(9) Commercial amusement (indoors) in the GR District. <br />(10) Columbarium in the CA District. <br />(11) College, university, convent or monastery in any one - family or two- family <br />district. <br />(12) Country club in any one - family or two - family district. <br />(13) Convent or monastery in any one - family or two- family district. <br />3 <br />
