REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />CITY OF PARIS HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br />CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />107 EAST KAUFMAN <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />Wednesday, April 13, 2016 <br />Commissioners Present: <br />Ruth Ann Alsobrook- Chair <br />Phillip Peeples <br />Pat Conrad <br />Chris Dux <br />Linda Knox <br />Sarah Barbee <br />Cheri Bedford, HPO <br />Absent: Matt Frierson- Council Liaison <br />Cindy Allcorn- Secretary, Vice Chair <br />Guests: <br />Robert Talley, Code Enforcement officer <br />Chair Alsobrook called the meeting to order at 4: 00 p.m. quorum present <br />2. Commissioner Peeples made a motion to approve the Minutes of the March 28, 2016 meeting, <br />with the correction of his name misspelled: Seconded by Commissioner Knox, Motion Carried <br />6 -0 <br />3. Commissioner Alsobrook introduced the items appearing on this consent. Code Enforcement <br />Officer Robert Talley presented the list of the of the following structures to be recommended <br />to the Building and Standards for demolition: <br />a. 640 W. Center <br />b. 823 NW 6rh ST <br />c. 1531 Pine Bluff <br />d. 2810 NE. Loop 286 <br />The following structures did not appear on the agenda, but were emergency <br />call in's and were also presented: <br />e. <br />905 Lamar Ave <br />f. <br />1061 W. Shiloh <br />g. <br />3035 Lamar Ave <br />Commissioner Dux made the motion to recommend all items for demolition as presented. <br />Commissioner Knox seconded, motion carried 6 - 0 <br />4. HPO presented a report to commissioners of administratively approved COA's <br />COA #2016 -011 T- Mobile temporary power relocation on 104 Bonham <br />5. Commissioner Peeples stated he will give a Main Street report will be given at future <br />
