5. Discussion regarding Erik Zarones Hangar Lease. <br />John Godwin, City Manager stated that we have been contacted by Mr. Zarones requesting <br />to revise his current lease agreement. Ashley Fendley, City Staff stated Mr. Zarones wants <br />to add a 10 year extension to the end of his lease agreement since he doesn't have the <br />opportunity to extend. Mr. Godwin stated normally the lease has the opportunity to extend <br />the lease agreement once the initial term is complete, in Mr. Zarones case it's not. Mr. <br />Godwin further stated that he recommends the Airport Advisory Board to approve the <br />request to revise his current lease agreement to add an extension. The Airport Advisory <br />Board had questions regarding the issue. Motion was made by Tim Bullock, seconded by <br />Matt Birch to approve the request for an extension. Motion carried 7 -0. <br />6 Request items for future agendas. 2016 Air Show and PEDC Advertisement Money. <br />7.
