Reasons <br />o The city staff tries its best to maintain the city's <br />huge drainage problem, but its a hugely expensive <br />problem. There simply is not enough money in the <br />budget to seriously attack the problem. <br />o The city's inability over the years to create an <br />adequate draining infrastructure has resulted in a <br />continuing and unacceptable inconvenience to <br />residents of Paris. <br />E It is time that we as a City Council look at ways to <br />resolve this problem. <br />a The areas of Paris that have suffered the most are <br />the most financially challenged sections, where <br />residents generally are inadequately insured. <br />
